Enterprise Relevancy Assessment
The enterprise relevancy assessment is designed to provide a general assessment of your individual fit within the enterprise. It broadly identifies the enterprise’s workspace and workplace and the tension and conflict that you may experience. By understanding this you can maintain a perspective of what you see, feel, and think is happening that determines your intentions, which drives your behaviors and relationships.
At the core of the existence of the enterprise and the world in which we live and work is people. Human nature dictates how we perceive the environment we work in and the people we work with; process the information we intake in learning, problem solving, and decision making; and our intellectual and emotional response to the environment and the relationships we choose to have with others.
The enterprise relevancy assessment is not comprehensive, but designed to give you a brief and general indication of your tendencies and preferences as an individual working in a particular organizational environment.

Suitability | The degree of fit between your individual characteristics and the working environment of the enterprise that results in you being more personally fulfilled. This identifies and measures your qualities that are appropriate and needed for you to meet the organization’s expectations. |
Capability | The degree of fit between an individual’s strengths and requirements of a particular role that results in you being more productive and professionally rewarded. This identifies and measures the individual’s potential through their competencies, skills, knowledge, and experience. You can increase your capability by:
