Repositioning the IT organization requires:

  • Strategic design of the IT capabilities and services of an organization in order to meet desired organizational objectives.
  • Balance between implementing new technology investments while streamlining existing technology capabilities and services.
  • Developing a technology strategy, model, and dynamic capabilities, innovative services, and adaptive infrastructure.
  • Establishing a governance process to maintain the alignment of IT organization with the business rationalization and organizational development.
